18. Small, but big. Small as in, I’m still a teen. Big as in, you’re considered an adult. Allowed to buy cigarettes, drink booze, go clubbing… Not like I will do any of those. HAHA.

Well well well, let’s recount what happened in school earlier today…

Got dragged away from my food in the canteen during break to a bench near the canteen to cut a cake bought by dear 09S04.

The cake was actually for Nifail too, since his birthday was on the 15th of April but the class didn’t have time to get him a cake. The class sang both of us a birthday song and told us to make a wish and blow the candles.

Then after 3 gruelling hours of lecture and tutorials, I finally got “bashed”. Time for some more photos! (:

Oh btw, the white stuff is not flour. It’s powder.

To 09S04: Thank you very much for the cake and the “bash”. Though it wasn’t very pleasant for me, I still enjoyed every moment of it. Although we’ve only been together as a class for 2 months, I feel that we’re already bonded as one. I hope this bond never breaks, and I hope it lasts more than the 2 years we’ll spend in JJC. I love you guys. <3 (:

Then immediately after History lesson, 08S06 had a really short birthday surprise for me.

This cake. It was really nice, and I could tell since most of my 09S04 classmates were gobbling it up. LOL.

To 08S06: Although it was a very short celebration, I really appreciate what you guys have done for me. Not being with you guys does hurt sometimes, having spent 1 year with all of you. I miss the times when we would laugh non-stop during breaks, chit-chatting, doing homework. If only I could turn back time… Well, anyway, I just want to thank all of you for being there for my 18th birthday, for even remembering the date, in fact. Being 18 is really worth it. 08S06 will forever remain etched in my memory. <3

HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY TO ME!

In the dimly-lit hall in UCC, we braced ourselves for the results. Then,

“Jurong Junior College, Silver.”

No sound was made. Our faces were expressionless. Only the cheers from the schools which got Gold or Gold With Honours echoed in the hall.

I think we deserve the Silver, we really do. But to think we were aiming for Gold, and the fact that we didn’t achieve it, it kinda sucks. But still, at least we are above Bronze standard. At least we maintained that Silver.

Congratulations, Tarianos. We did a really great job up there, on the stage. I look forward to dancing with you guys again. I love you guys! (:

I’m sick of Blogger. For some reason. Just created this on a whim. It’s okay if you guys refuse to relink me; I understand.

Well well well, a lot of things have happened since the last time I’ve updated my Blogger. Be it in school, at home, wherever. Been doing good in school so far. Hoping for partial exemption minimum; full exemption max. Dance, on the other hand, not quite so good. Feels like I’m slowing the whole dance down. Urgh. Sorry, Tarianos, if I haven’t been performing up to your standards. I’m trying the very best I can. Gold, yes we can!

Sorry if I don’t update often. Usually can’t find anything to blog about. Now I’m off to do Chemistry.
